I have had service with sprint for over 4 years and I gave them a $250 deposit and they also kept extending my contract unknowingly. They have charged me for numorous text messages that my daughter made after I cancelled that option. I have never had good reception. Several times they have told me they were sending someone out to correct the problem with their tower and I later found out from an ex employee of sprints that they tell that to everyone and never do anything about it. And they have talked me into buying several different phones saying that they would work at my house I have never been able to use my phones in any house ever.

Finally around christmas after they disconnected my service for because I had a $15 late charge 30 days late (after 4 yrs of service this is how they treat me). I told them that unless they fix this problem by giving me a phone that works I would cancel my service. They told me that I had to have a toshiba phone. These are the best and correct service problems over the internet. While on the phone with them I picked out a toshiba phone that had a reduced price and for both my phone and my daughters phone the cost would be $190 but I had to get them in the store to transfer the phone lines.

Well guess what the $190 cost for these 2 phones was suddenly only for new customers for current customers that have been committed to them for any amount of time the cost was $450. I called the supervisor that told me the $190 price while I was in the sprint store and she said that she was mistaken. And I'd have to pay the $450 I told her that all I expected was the same price as anyone off the street would pay and that me being a loyal customer deserved at least that. They said sorry you have to keep our service and I said no I don't.

I went right into a t-mobile store they transfered my service gave me 2 lazer phones (very nice) that work everywhere and $10 less cost per month. I couldn't be happier except now rpm calls my house 8-10 times per day and the think I owe them over $500 on top of the $250 they are keeping of my deposit. I informed them that they had better stop calling because I will file a harrassment suit if nessesary, and I will they can't do this they can take me to court but not legally harrass me.
