What the law firm Rubin & Rothman have done is a crime of perjury and violates our consumer rights laws. I am going to appear at the Civil Court to let them know I was not served. Whatever the alleged 'Summons and Complaint' is it is now in the City Court system. The Courts have been falsely led to believe I have been served a 'Summons and Complaint'.
I must appear to protect my rights and let the courts know I was not served.
If anyone else is in this circumstance you should appear at the Civil Court Clerks Office to avoid Judgment. Even if you were not served. If you have received a notice from the Civil Courts of a Summons and Complaint filing get down there as soon as possible!
