John, I've been scammed by Rudy as well. I saw in one of your other posts that you had filed complaints about him and I wanted to follow suit and see if you have a pending lawsuit whether I can join that. This guy strung us along with his forked tongue for a long time.

He continues with his lying and his empty promises and anyone who believes any of his bullshit is as big as a fool as I am. Latest he promised to pay me $800.00 every 2 weeks Well that turned out to be BS and then I was even the most fair I have been I offered him This pay me $50,000 of the $150,000 owed and I will sign off as paid in full? Deal right well this Effing liar tells me a story about a guy who has a 100,000 in Drakkar that neds to be authenticated and he had to drive to Las Vegas and when he got back ( gone 10 days now) he would pay me the $50,000 NOW I havent heard crap and he has left me and my family broke at Christmas. and by the way he has ripped off people at the Horizon church in Rancho Santa Fe, so this asshole has no boudries to lie cheat or steal from you and leave you broke in a wake of his lies. John from Carlsbad.  I will say this.  I know I hurt you and others.  It was never my intent.  I always meant to make everyone money and you have to admit I did that for you in the past.  You will also admit that you sent your money to someone else other than me.  I was just the intoducing party.  But in any case I am trying everything I can the RIGHT way now to pay you back as well as everyone here.  I am truly sorry and will do everything I can to make it right.  If you do not have my contact information please let me know and I will contact you to keep you updated.

HOWEVER,  John....  You threaten to hurt my children?  I know I owe you but you threaten my daughter? 

If any of you are part of this you are on notice now.  I owe money but DO NOT THINK FOR ONE SECOND I WILL STAND FOR THREATS AGAINST MY KIDS.  There are people who owe me more than I owe you and I have never once threatened them.
