on 01-9-2013 i went to cvs/phamarcy to buy something and they told me they cant cause my card is blocked i was whats wrong with it. I called rushcard and they told me that someone has stolen my identity i was i told who it was and they told me that they couldnt give that information beacuse i need to send my id and my social and fax them my documents so next day i went to staples and i fax them the documents that they where asking for. ok so 3 hours past so i called again and they said that it couldnt cause they need a proff of adress and i was ok i send them a pic of my check with the proff of adress and i even send it twice id@rushcard.com and they said that after i send those document that they were gonna unlocked but now still blocked and i still have money there and my card still BLOCKED and we are in 2-25-2013 and now there telling me to send them documents again but my questions is I ALREADY DID!. WHY? is so hard to unlock a card if i send them all my documents... THERE IS SOMETHING FISHY ABOUT THIS... JUST THINK ABOUT IT.. ITS NOT ONLY ME. MORE PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING 2.
