Rushcard Customer Service Reps: Lying must be customary in the Phillipines Internet

A money gram deposit was made to my account on February 25.  Money gram entered the wrong account number and the money went to the wrong account.  Money gram sent Rushcard an email requesting the money be deposited to the right account. 



I contacted Rushcard immediately informing them of the situation.  I was told the money would be on my account in 3 hours.  The next day I checked  my balance and no funds had been deposited.  I called back and was told that it would take 24 hours.  The next day still no funds.  I called back and was told that money gram needed to send them an email.  I contacted Money gram who verified the email had been sent.  I call Rushcard back and was told they have the email and money would be on my account the next morning.  I checked the next night and still no money on my account.  I call back to be told they didnt have the email and that the issue needed to be handled by corporate office.  To this date, I still have not recieved my funds and  I am outraged by the customer service representatives who repeatadely lie to customers to get them off the phone. 



I find it hard to believe that a company endorsed by a mogul has no contact information for the public to contact them regarding complaints.  I was told by a supervisor that the representatives who are in the Phillipines can only contact corporate office via email.  Unbelievable.  As soon as I get my money I will not be using Rushcard again.  I cant not do business with a company who outsources and does not provide its EMPLOYEES with a way to contact them other than email.  Not to mention a company who has customer service representatives that speak minimal English and will constantly lie to consumers.  I am not happy. 



To be fair, I will say that I have been a customer of Rushcard for several years and until now have never had an issue with them.  As a long standing customer I expected to be treated like my business mattered.  I guess thats not how they do things in the Phillipines.

I have been with RushCard for many years. Probably since they started. Recently they UP and decided to cut me off because they didn't like the way I was loading funds to my card using Green dot money pak. I tried to explain to them that peopel buy things from me online and one of the ways I suggest that they pay me is thru Green dot. Anyway, that wasn't the issue. I have a few thousabd dollars on my Rushcard and they have been telling me for THREE months that I will recieve my money in 7 to 10 business days. I have called repeatedly and they keep telling me the same thing. They are holding MY MONEY hostage and there doesn't seem to be anything that I can do about it. I am looking for a civil lawyer now because this has become a financial nusance to me. It has really put me in the hole by not having access to MY MONEY. Rush card sucks!
