I find all the negativity listed here simply amazing. The only reason I am here is just to check out Russ Dalbey. My friend purchased this system from the infomercial for $39.95. I urged him not to buy it before checking it out. He didn't. But, guess what? In 5 days he found 2 notes, one in Vermont and the other in Alabama. 5 days after that, the one in Vermont sold, giving him $1,800 to pocket. The following day, Alabama sold, giving him another $2,300 for a grand total, in 2 weeks with 3 hours invested, of $4,100. I would not call that a bad investment. He could quit now, and the return ratio on his investment would still be absolutely astronomical. I would trade $40 for $4,000 any day. Just think, statistically, for every 1 complaint here, there are 100 more satisfactory experiences. Come on, think about it, this guy has been in business for over 16 years. Fraud on this level of a scale would never have made it this far. By the way, I am a correctional officer, my friend is also a correctional officer, and his wife is a police officer.

report russ dalbey to thr federal trade commission, they are getting on people like him now . doing a scam enforcement now i don't know how good they are but better than nothing .haven't got any money back yet got me for $6000. and treated me when i asked for refund. jerks

I've considered purchasing Russ Dalbey's "Winning
in the Cash Flow" business, but this website, and the many victims of this scam who submitted rip off reports saved me! I am SO SORRY for all who lost their hard earned money.

I'm curious to know if anyone swindled by this scam is taking ACTION against Russ Dalbey. Why hasn't this scam of FALSE ADVERTISING been pulled from airing on Cable TV, and whereever else it advertises????? Victims of this scam need to GET MOVING and file a class action lawsuit; or, is there some hangup preventing an attorney from taking on this case???
