Russell Krupintsky, Russell Kollins Russell Krupintsky goes by the name of Russell who is corrupt individual. He falsified documents of me by signing them for a licensed Psychiatrist Brooklyn, New York

Russell Kollins (Russell Krupintsky) made up psychiatric documents of me by writing psychiatric statements on the psychiatric evaluation forms signing for a licensed Psychiatrist and later submitted them to Kingsborough Community College Psychologist. In fact at that time there was nothing wrong with me and I never have been in contact with that psychiatrist at that time.
Russell Kollins (Russell Krupintsky) falsified these reports of me and signed for the licensed Psychiatrist.
