Two years have passed since I first started dealing with Rust in the context of a class-action lawsuit against Mutual Fund Traders who made fraudulent trades. The lawsuit has been settled and fund owners are due some restitution in the form of cash. Rust Consulting has recorded my mailing address incorrectly, lost my signed proof of claim and release, lost my ssn and ein. In two separate calls on the same day, one "cust rep" could update my address by phone, and a second "cust rep" could NOT update my address by phone. They go to great lengths to create the illusion of handling the claims. That is how the cover themselves legally.
Rust Consulting is conducting a charade of processing claims while draining the million dollar settlement reserve. Turns out this is common practice. Fund owners see little or no restitution.
