On Tuesday October 23rd, 2012 Ruthie Crossley put out a casting notice on Breakdown Services stating that she was casting a music video for Kid Rock. The pay was clear on the notice that all actors would get paid $100.00 for the day. Breakdown Services is a casting service that all legit talent agents use to get actors auditions. The actors that were notified by there agents to audtion were instructed to dress from the 70's and 80's. They were also instructed at the audition by Ruthie Crossley and her minions to leave there personal e-mail address and phone numbers.

The next day Ruthie and her minions notified the actors direct and started offering them $50.00 to be in the music video. This tactic is called "BAIT AND SWITCH" it is when a dishonest casting director or producer offers a larger amount of money for acting roles and then pays them less. They offer more for the roles so that the Talent Agents will submit there actors. They know we will not waste our actors time by submitting them for $50.00 jobs. After the auditions are done they contact the actors direct and then lowball them on there pay.

WE AS TALENT AGENTS HAVE ALREADY NOTIFIED BREAKDOWN SERVICES OF RUTHIE CROSSLEY'S DISHONEST BUSINESS TACTICS AND HAVE DECIDED TO NOT SEND OUR ACTORS TO ANY PROJECTS HER NAME IS ATTACHED TO. SHE HAS NO RESPECT FOR ACTORS, TALENT AGENTS, AND THIS BUSINESS WE ARE IN. IF YOU DECIDE TO USE RUTHIE CROSSLEY FOR YOUR FILMING PROJECTS WE WILL NOT SEND OUR ACTORS. SHE IS ON OUR "BLACKLIST". You Have Been Warned !!! We have attached a photo of Ruthie
