Its now being reported that this same scam artist and convicted felon is cleaning a Ruths Chris Steakhouse in Columbia, SC. After looking into this, we discovered that this place is partially owned by the Mayor of Columbia, Steve Benjamin. His partner is Mark Oswald from Atlanta.

Jernigan is multi state convicted felon convicted in Richmond Kentucky (Bulldog Media) and in SC. He is currently under supervised probation for four years.
