 I called Rx Helper because my prescription is $100.00 out of pocket. The representive reduced the application fee to $25.00 as he understood my plight. Like so many, I work to eat. I am a single mother of 3 boys with a demanging high stress job. I was put at ease by this company's willingness to help me. I requested the application be sent by email. I checked everyday and did not receive it. Finally, it came in the mail. I had an appointment a few days later and dropped the information off for my doctor to fill out. I received one call to follow up requesting addtional information. I did not receive the voice mail till late in the evening and by the next day it had slipped my mind. Every now and then I wondered when I would receive my medication as I had seen the application fee deduct from my account as well as the $69.95 monthly service fee. Nothing comes. I dismiss this and think to myself maybe there is a lot of paperwork involved on the back end. I had completely forgot about the phone call and still had not received an email. Recently my account is deducted again. On top of that my refill is ready at my pharmacy and I only have about a week's worth of my medication left. I call to have my service with Rx Helper canceled. I have never received any goods from this company so I felt this would be easy. Instead, I get a lot of push back from the representatives and this guy Andrew who thinks he is the boss. He provided the address listed on this complaint and states that is the corporate address. I know in fact that it is not. I really just want my money back by Friday so I can get my medication and go on with my life. I have subbmitted the formal cancellation request and I hope this matter will be closed. We shall see. They do not have a good history of follow up and seems like they take advantage of those who are in desperate need of assistance.

We take great pride in the work that we do, and hate to see a client upset. In response to your refund request, It is clearly stated in our terms of service and privacy policy, which was sent to you with your initial paperwork, and accessible on our website 24/7, that the monthly payments are made for our services, not your medications. For a refund to take place  a client must be denied for the assistance with the pharmaceutical companies in which we are helping apply for. You also did a recording with us, upon your enrollment, acknowledging, and agreeing to those terms and conditions. Cancellation can take place anytime, but refunds only take place upon someone's denial for assistance or if they cancel in the first 14 days after enrollment once they send back the forms we have filled out for you. 

We had advised you that a proof of income document was needed from you to get approved for the Patient Assistance Programs we were assisting you with, this is not our policy it is the pharmaceutical companies, we are simply facilitating this process. When we told you this document was needed you stated we were "liars" and this was "BS". Our company would never request you furnish us with a document unless it was necessary to get you approved for a certain program, it was your choice not to participate in this process.

Also on September 4th you spoke with our customer service supervisor and admitted that you had received calls from us requesting these necessary documents but were not able to return those calls. If you are unable or unwilling to participate in the service we provide it is impossible for us to assist you.

We apologize if your experience was anything other than a pleasure and wish to earn your business back.  Once again, we take pride in the work that we do, and if there is anything else we can assist you with in the future, please don’t hesitate to ask.
