I ended up doing 10 so called "deliveries" in the month of october. I called and sp[oke to susan when I never recieved payment for services rendered. She explained that I had filled out the paperwork incorrectly and needed to re-fax them filled out properly.
I did this and waited two weeks for them to process my payment. I then started calling to find out why I have not gotten a check yet. That's when the phone tag started. Once I called and complained , I was never able to reach the accounting dept again. Also, the first day I asked about my paycheck was the last time they called and offered me any work. I never heard from them again. I have never had a return phone call after all my messages. This company owes me $400 that I know I will never see, but I do know the IRS will be very interested in their payment process since I did fill out a w-9 form. I also believe we have a contract and if they think I am afraid to take them to small claims court they are sorely mistaken.
