who cares what ethnic background you have? that doesnt hide or steer the fact that your husband tried to claim that your Hispanic partner was associated with the Mexican Mafia. Wow that is funny how I have 8 warrants in the state of washington. could you please show me those 8 warrants? also could you please show me your paperwork? because I can show you mine including receipt of sales as well as receipt of payments. another thing that makes me laugh is how you specifically wanted me to go on repos with your husband to keep him safe as well as to watch your lot because you trusted me. now you want to lie some more and say I creeped you out? Just so you know I also have a copy of the report that your husband attempted to file on me with Tulsa county Sheriffs department, stating that I stole the car and never paid money down on it. I also never received the title for the car either, and if I remember right you husband put the dealership in either your name or his mothers I cant remember which. oh yeah you can have a business license in your name whether a DBA, LLC, or Corporation so long as your offense is not in the nature of a sexual offense or one where anothers life has been taken.

First and foremost- My husband owns the dealership that Ryan stole from. He is not a felon- you can't get an FEIN number or buisness license in Oklahoma as a felon. Second we never involved the sherriff'svoffice as reposare a civil matter in my state. THIRD- the ram was brought back b/c we wouldn't tag it for ryan & he didn't want a paper tag. Thats when he took the honda. He did put a down payment on the ram, but never mafe a payment on either car. He never paid me- i made a point not to deal with him as he creeped me the f out.
We did not file charges, i filed a loss of use credit on our taxes instead. W/ an installment loan that is better to recoup the loss than the legal expense of suing a scimbag w/ no job and no assets.
Fourth- the Mexican mafia? Seriously my husband is British & I am caucasian. SO no. Just not possible.
FIFTH- yes we had a gun or two on property at all times.Oklahoma has open carry on private property laws. I also had a security gaurd. Our location was secured. Big deal.
Ryan has 8 warrants in Everett WA, his hometown. Including child support. So maybe he should take care of his crap & stop stealing & shut his big obnoxious mouth? Now this unique fellow right here has a history himself, including felonies, and wrongful repo's of customers cars.    A few years ago when I was living in Tulsa Oklahoma I bought a car from this persons car lot. Actually I bought a truck from him first, found that it had many problems and was not worth the money he was asking for the truck, let alone the 1500 I had put down to purchase the truck. when it came down to it I brought the truck back and had a bit of a problem with the man and finally he offered me a car that was in good running order for less money to be exact, so I traded in the Ram for the Honda he claims I wrongfully taken from him.   Originally i bought a 99 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad cab for $5,000 which I had put a down payment of $1500 dollars cash. Two weeks later I brought the truck back in to have the problems with the front end and transmission taken care of and he refused, so after some conversation back and forth he offered me a decent 1995 Honda Civic for $2500 dollars if I decided to return the Ram. by this time I had already made my first and second payments to the company of $75.00 dollars a week. I took the trade and all my money i had put on the truck was transfered over to the honday. I missed a payment, came back and made a double payment two weeks later. now at this point if my math is right I had 1500 plus a total of 300 dollars paid to this mans company totalling 1800 dollars. One night shortly after he had tried to repo my car. I refused and drove off with my car which I had legally purchased from this man. he tried to involved Tulsa County Sheriffs department, claiming I stole the car without paying for it, he said I was on a test drive rather and never came back. I countered that by bringing the car and my paperwork of sales, down payments along with my weekly payments to the sheriffs department where the deputy told me he has no legal right to file nor take my car as all my paperwork was legal and payments were up to date. if anything I could file against him if he repossesed my car. Once this man had figured out that he couldnt use the law on his side, he started calling with threats of the mexican mafia who he claimed he was tied into was going to come after me and kill me. I laughed and moved on. still making my payments at this time through his wife who also was part owner of the company. when he realized he wasnt going to scare me with the mexican mafia he turned to using lame people trying to pose as recovery agents to take my car and even came along one hight with a gun to try and claim my car. wait this man is a felon himself for multiple assault charges, how is it legal for him to carry a gun? finally I parked the car two blocks away from hi dealership called him and told him to put the car up which by that time had modified intake, exhaust and nicer rims and tires on it then before. Just gave it all to him. a month later he contacts me and states I own him 2000 dollars. WRONG! I owed 600 to pay off the car, but i gave  him the car back and in better running shape then I purchased it in. So I will say to you as well sir WHERE IS YOUR PROOF. against any moron can post something about someone but I want to see the document from the police you should have on me. Again another false Claim against me. Again lets see your proof against me.   

This is what happens when some low life on a C.B. Radio whos reputation you have tarnished by telling people how they have screwed local CB'rs gets out of hand. First off I am Ryan James Gartland. Yes the pictures that Gary has displayed are in fact of me, I will not deny that. They were wrongly taken off my facebook page though. I have never given this man any of my pictures nor did I ever give him permission to use them for any reason. Moving on the Claims Gary has made are not only FALSE but cannot be backed up with any sort of Police Statement nor documentation record what so ever. If I was in fact GUILTY of the Generalized statement he has made then how come Business's have not filed police Reports against me, why aren't I in jail or been jailed of said claims? For two almost three years now i have taken care of an elderly man by the name of James. Since I have started taking care of him not only does he have money in savings, but his health is 100% better. I have many witnesses who can attest to this along with my own family, my Girlfriend, and I also am listed as his caretaker and have medical power of attorney over James through the V.A. Hospital. I know Ryan personally and he is everything that has been said.  He not only steals from companies, but from individuals as well.  He also stole and conned everything from an old man in Oklahoma City, spent every dime he has, bought a new truck in the old mans name and spend over $29,000.00 of his money at the casino.  Now the poor man is homeless.  Ryan J Gartland (Renegade) as he is known on the radio is a worthless piece of human life and needs to at least be put in prison. This posting has been going on for a year now, and was originally posted by convicted felon by the name of Christopher Cole of Muskegon, Michigan. Ryan provided evidence against Chris and now Chris has been terrorizing Ryan by posting bogus claims about Ryan being a drug dealer, a criminal with intent for fraud, and all the other nonsense listed in the original "report". I know Ryan hasn't been involved in any of this and I remember hearing about the scams that Chris was involved in. And there is a post by "anonymous" claiming to be Jason Burton, who was not involved in any of Chris's scams and was also victimized by Chris Cole. That was posted by Chris. This entire report and claim-counterclaim is nothing but a bunch of garbage and Chris trying to get revenge on Ryan for hindering his fraud. Chris is just deflecting the fraud and criminal activity at Ryan trying to make him look like the criminal. The last message posted as a rebuttal was not made by Jason Burton; but was made most likely by Ryan Gartland or another associate attempting to use my name. I have nothing to do with dealings related to Ryan Gartland or Chris Cole. -

The content listed in this report is an amazing fabrication of wild lies, attempt at revenge and a collection of accusations on behavior that is actually reflective of the very person making the accusations, Chris Cole. Ryan and I have not been involved in any of this behavior, and actually it is Chris who steals and sells peoples medications, attempts to steals people's cars, engages in retail fraud at Barnes and Noble, Best Buy, Macy's and Walmart (he tries). This is the most ridiculous creation of lies by Chris Cole and is so outrageous that it is almost laughable. I know Ryan Gartland and know him to have never got involved in anything like the things listed here, and I too have never been involved in any of the sort. We only know Chris Cole because he defrauded me out of thousands of dollars that was suppose to be the money for a start up business, and Ryan was working for me at the time. Ryan and I took action against Chris and this is why he is posting these ridiculous accusations against us.

I am writing to rebuttle this entry, which clamis that I am involved in retail fraud, the distribtuion of controlled subtances, stalking, involved in violent behavior and that I made a threat to burn down the trailer of the person who posted this claim, Christopher Steven Cole. This posting is an act of retaliation against me because I aided in the ongoing prosecution of Christopher Cole this passed summer. He makes against me and my friends claims that we himself is guilty of. I have never engaged in retail fraud, nor have I ever or will ever engage in the distribution of medication, nor stalk someone or threaten them. Christopher Cole did these very things against myself, my high school friend Jason Burton and my former roommate Yuri. The three of us were collectively victimized by Christopher Cole and his fraud company "Topher Media Auction House". He posted this claim against me to make my image look bad when doing a Google search under my name. He is angry that my friend Jason did a background search on him and found that he was wanted for bank fraud and that we provided his location and telephone number to the proper authorities. If what you say is true, you need to contact the police or you could be charged as an accessory after the fact since you knew about it and did not say anything. I would also notify Barnes and Noble.
