Does it make you feel any better knowing NVR's mortgage bank president only makes about $300,000 a year salary + about $5,000,000 a year in added bonuses? Me neither. It must be what they get for pulling off these extra little scams I keep hearing about.
Somehow the biz people can still sell the concept they are victims of predatory customers to government regulators, or a now obvious lack of, and they have protections against home buyers, I think just so they can do this sort of thing.
I am truly sorry you got into Ryan Homes, personally knowing that horrible feeling. What happens next? Maybe a bunch of supposedly happy customers may pop in and blame you for your problems, or say because they are happy customers it discredits your experience, like that really helps.
I think oddly, happy Ryan Homes customers appear to troll complaint sites to post counter complaint comments. The company will not speak to openly about anything.
All I can mostly do is empathize, but also offer any support we can give to help you go forward. You're right, it isn't just you that this has happened to. Don't believe them when they tell you, this never happened before. It's their SOP for handling victims of whatever they do wrong.
BTW my site comes up on most any search engine if you just type in Ryan Homes or Ryan Homes problems, if you want to contact us directly.
