We hired Ryan J Paulson redo our driveway in stamped concrete, concrete borders with rocks and a 25ft round patio. The total bid was for $21,000 Ryan Paulson wasnt the cheapest but he sounded experienced and knowledgeable.



We agreed on the terms and paid $14,000 down payment and for the concrete then everything went down between poorly done work, concrete bills unpaid ($3,700) we had to pay for. The work was so poorly done that some had to be destroyed as the claimed as dangerous by the city. Others will fail

as no rebar was used even if we paid for it and as city permits were paid for but not pulled, the city is asking to have the apron redone as well as the patio.



As this wasnt enough, Ryan Paulson used a sub-contractor to handle the skid work and that individual massacred our lawn which we paid to have it redone but both didnt have a clue to how to do it so it died within days and we had to have it redone by a professional.



Ryan Paulson agreed to refund $11,000 but instead he ran using our home address as his when he got arrested for drug possession.



I would say be careful with Ryan Paulson but I rather say call the police right away Ryan Paulson and his accomplice and girlfriend Amber Prechel are after your money.
