 Ryan Mendonca is a lying thief and a international crook. This guy claims he runs a Market Awareness Program from small cap companies trough some of his companies like Small Cap Consultants and other fake alias he has set up. Not one business he has has a physical address. Apparently he steals money from investor and companies who need market awareness programs and uses those monies to support his clubs or his drug habit and lifestyle.

He is a great liar who has never once spoken the truth about anything. He took $150,000 from one group and took $40,000 from another group and never provided Market Awareness for either. Now, over a year later the guy who makes a different excuse daily has only repaid $6500 of the $190,000 he stole. He claims he paid other subcontractors the money and they stole it from him but when you ask him to turn those names over he refuses because it's all a fabricated lie.
