To date, Mr. Jones has not provided any proof of garage insurance either. What is most interesting is that while Mr. Jones keeps other customers cars inside or behind locked gates, mine was left outside and I hadn't paid for the repairs because Mr. [continued below]....
In addition to this Mr. Jones has some other expensive property of mine which to date he has not returned including a supercharger setup for a 4.2 which cost over $40,000 and a 2.7 MTM STAGE 5 plus engine complete with MTM exhaust and performance clutch which cost over $30,000 and other additional items. Following is the Demand Letter for the Car followed by the invoice his lawyer sent me last week and an E-mail from his attorney stating that Mr. Jones did not put the invoice together until 6 months after he allegedly completed the work on the car.

In December 2011, I took my car to you for repair (1995 Audi S6 Avant Vin. # WAULA84A9SN121267) of only a head gasket. You later called me and informed me that there were additional parts and repairs needed including a new/used head. You stated that the no. 2 cyl. of the head had a time-cert and the spark plug was in crooked and that there were chunks of metal missing between the valve seats. I askedto see the head and you bizarrely stated that you sent it to the machine shop to get it cleaned.
I then asked you on at least 5 separate occasions to see/return the head which to date has not been provided by you. I also requested on at least 5 separate occasions for an invoice of the repairs you were going to do. That invoice was not provided until August 1, 2011 (attached) via your attorney Lawrence Schneider and according to his E-mail of August 3,2011, (attached) was not written by you until sometime after May 26, 2011; the date I filed the Bankruptcy Chapter 13 Petition.
On July 8, 2011, you informed me FOR THE FIRST TIME, through your attorney that the car was stolen from infront of your business sometime between February 15 and March1, 2011 and that you did not notify either me or the authorities of the theft until June 29, 2011. After that date; you then refused to cooperate with me in trying to recover the S6 by refusing to forward me requested information about the theft.
I therefore Demand return of, or $30,000 for the above vehicle that you admit was in your custody and care while being repaired at your facility located at 3360 South Platt River Drive, #103, Englewood, Colorado, 80110.
