microsoft.device-driver.org/support is a total rip off. You buy their help and they ask you to let them control your computer and then while they are " installing things" they try to force you get things you didn't ask for.
With red marking lines they will jump to other pages to show you what is bad in your computer. If you just tell them to give you what you paid for, they will fight with you, arguing that you must get the other things taken care of NOW!
They then say it will cost much more to take your computer to someone else to fix those other things.Again arguing with you that it must be done right NOW.
What you originally asked for is ignored as you have to keep refusing their other services. And they will not finish what was expected to be doner and they keep you trapped i because they have control of your computer. You are finally forced to shut down your computer to end their aggressive rudeness and you don't even get what you paid for.
After talking to people I found one of these guys even messed a woman's computer as she told him she was cutting him off. He made it so her computer was inoperable This is a computer assault against people making them unsuspecting victims.
This is connected to an enterprise called A SAFE CART - a great ironic name to say the least.
