all started 12/26/12. I bought into a fix. 1st fix $39.94,2nd fix 90.00, #3 $100.00.downloaded all three. the next morning i fired up the pc & i found all printing changed,all access codes gone, note pad & word pad gone,could not assess my home, finally found it with a different name, could not excess mail on embarqmail.com or google.com still having prob with windows.today i have been workin with microsoft & not finished

as i'm sure you know checkcard is p/o microsoft
