I called the service representatives three times and finally one said that I was not the only one with this problem and that they were going to send me another email to activate the card!I also sent four emails to them with no answers thus far!No email received as of this date Dec. 10! I purchased the card on Dec. 2nd.
Seems to me that a company as large as Walmart should be able to do something right the first time? So, at this time I am out two hundred dollars and have a piece of plastic here with a pin number that is useless. They have no record of me purchasing the card from them in the first place although my bank debit tells a different story!
Is this a giant ripoff from Walmart or what?
