We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Orlando but have to say I am very annoyed with Samz Electronics on International Drive. I cannot believe I was duped to buy fake goods as I had visited the shop on four ocassions prior to purchase to check the merchandise was genuine, which, was repeatedly confirmed.
I purchased two apple i-phones, one of which is already faulty hence a phone call to Apple in the UK and a 90 mile round trip to visit my nearest outlet only to be told that these phones are FAKE and not a very good copy at that. Luckily I purchased them on a visa card so fully intend to recover my money.
I have tried to call but cannot connect; the message simply states that the number is unavailable.
I feel let down by the Americans, it was my first time in Florida and thought how wonderful they all were but now I am not so sure!
