SO I WENT AHEAD AND DID THAT SOON AS I DROVE OFF THE LOT WITH MY NEW VEHINCLE THE OTHER SALES MAN WHO WAS HELPING HAD TO GO PUT AIR IN THE TIRE . WHICH BEFORE THEY SALE A CAR THEIR SUPPOSE TO DO A EXPECTION ON ALL VEHICLES BEFORE SOLD TO CUSTOMERS. SO NOT ONCE BUT TWICE WITHIN THE FIRST 3MON. OF MY HAVING THE CAR 2 TIRES WENT OUT ON ME WHILE I WAS DRIVING AND WHEN I WENT BACK UP TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THEM REPLACED THEY WANTED ME TO PAY CASH OUT OF MY OWN POCK TO GET NEW TIRES THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO REPAID BEFORE I PURCHASED THE VEHINCLE ON SIGHT. SO ON I CONTINUE TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS ON TIME WITH THE VEHINCLE AND WAS STARTING TO GET THAT MY PAYMENTS WERE GETTING TO HIGH BEFORE THE TIME I WAS SUPPOSE TO DO A REFIANCE WITH THE VEHINCLE. SO I TRIED A COUPLE OTHER DEALERS AND CAME TO FIND OUT I WAS UPSIDE DOWN WITH THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED. ALSO I HAVE A HIGH INTEREST RATE AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST I HAVE A LOT OF NEGAVTIVE EQUITTY WITH THIS VEHICLE. SO BASICALLY I WAS STUCK IN A BIND. ANTASIA SOLD ME A CAR THAT I COULD NOT GET OUT OF SO I KEEP WAITING...
EVENTUALLY DEC CAME AROUND SO I WENT TO THE DEALER WERE I PURCHASED THE VEHINCLE AT AND WAS GIVEN A STATEMENT THAT ONE 8MON. PASTED I WILL BE ABLE TO RECIEVE A NEW VEHIHNCLE ONE MY CREDIT ESTABLISHS.
WENT TO THE DELAERHSIP HAD ANTASIA ASSIST ME AGAIN. SO SHE WENT AHEAD AND SPOKE WITH THE FINANACE PEOPLE AND CAME BACK TO TELL ME THERE WAS TO MUCH NEGATIVE EQUITY ON THE VEHINCLE SO I EITHER NEEDED A CO-SIGNER OR NEEDED TO PUT DOWN A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY. TO RECIEVE A NEW VEHINCLE. I TOLD HER SO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME I CANT GET A NEW CAR EVEN WHEN YOU TOLD ME OUT YOUR OWN MOUTH TO COME BACK WITHIN 8MON WHEN MY CREDIT ESTABLISHS AND YOU, YOUR SELF WOULD BE ABLE TO GET ME IN A NEW VEHINCLE. ALL SHE COULD SAY WAS "MY MANAGER AT THE TIME TOLD ME TO TELL YOU THAT" SO BASICALLY SHE WAS TELLING ME I WAS A**ED OUT. I WENT AHEAD AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH HER MANAGER BECAUSE SHE GAVE OUT FALSE INFORMATION TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF THERE BUSINESS AND PUT MY TRUST INTO SOMEBODY WHO F**KED ME OVER AT THE END OF THE DAY.
NOW IM STUCK IN A CONTRACT AND A BIND WITH A CAR I NEVER REALLY WANTED FROM THE JUMP NOR DO I WANT NOW BUT CAN'T GET OUT OF. THE MANAGER CAME AND I EXPLAINED MY SIDE OF THE STORE HE WENT AHEAD AND MADE IT HIS BUSINESS THAT HIS SALES REP DIDNT GIVE OUT FALSE INFORMATION AND THAT ALL THEY COULD DO FOR ME WAS EITHER I GET A CO-SIGNER OR PUT DOWN MORE MONEY. THEN HE TURNED AROUND AND STATED OF MY CREDDIT HAD ESTABLISHED A LARGE AMOUNT THEN HE WOULD BE ABLE TO PUT ME IN A NEW CAR WITHOUT PUTTING ANYTHING DOWN . I WENT AHEAD AND STATED THAT MY CREDIT ESTABLISHED FROM 0 TO 610 AND HE THEN SAID WELL YOUR DOING GOOD JUST KEEP UP WITH YOUR PAYMENTS LIKE YOU'VE BEEN DOIN AND STAY IN THE CAR FOR ABOUT 8 TO 9 MORE MON. THEN WELL BE ABLE TO GET YOU IN A VEHINCLE WITHOUT PUTTING ANYTHING DOWN . I THEN STATED IM GOING TO TAKE THIS TO THE EXTREME BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSNIESS LET ALONE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS RIGHT.
A I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS I TOLD THEM I WOULD PUT DOWN 15,000 CAUSE THATS WHAT THEY WANT I GAVE THEM &200 UP FRONT AND THE FOLLOWING WEEK I GAVE THEM $800 THAT'S ONLY $1000 THEY PUT ON MY CONRTRACT. I PUT DOWN $1500. THAT'S FALSE INFORMATION EVEN THOU IT WAS AN ERROR ON MY SIDE THEY STILL DIDN'T CORRECT IT. NOR DID THEY CARE ABOUT THE AMOUNT I GAVE THEM. ALL THEY CAR ABOUT IS PUTTING CUSTOMERS IN CARS AND GETTING THEM OUT THE DOOR AND SOON AS THERE VEHICLES GO OUT ON THE CUSTOMERS THE SERVICES DEPART IS WANTS TO SIT THERE AND TELL EVERYBODY THEY DONT HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. SO THEY BASICALLY HAVE TO PAY A TOTAL OF $600 OR OVER TO REPAIR THEIR VEHINCLE JUST LIKE MY KEY GOT STUCK IN MY INGITION WENT TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT MAN DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY VEHINCLE HE WAS JUST LIKE HE KNEW WHAT IT WAS AND HE WAS LIKE ITS GONNA CHARGE YOU AT ABOUT $600 AND THAT I DIDNT HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. BUT JUST THE DAY BEFORE I SPOKE WITH MY FINANCE LADY RENAE AND SHE LOOKED OVER MY CONTRACT AND NOTIFIED ME THAT I HAD AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. SO THEY ALSO GIVE OUT FALSE INFORMATION. THEY NEEDED TO BE REPORTED ASAP!!!!
