MY WIFE AND I TRADED OUR VEHICLE AT NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS IN BELTON MO.FOR A 2003 CHEVY VENTURE VAN.WE STARTED WITH ROAD LOANS AND SOMEHOW WE ENDED UP WITH SANTANDER CONSUMER USA.WE EVEN BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM A PLACE IN ST.LOUIS THAT ALSO SCREWED US WHEN WE HAD ENGINE TROUBLE AND THEY DIDNT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD SO WE GAVE THE VAN BACK VOLUNTARILY TO AVOID FURTHER PENALTIES AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SANTANDER CONSUMER USA TO TAKE PAYMENTS OUT OF MY WIFES CHECKING ACCT.THAT WENT GOOD FOR SIX MONTHS AND THEY QUIT TAKING FUNDS FROM HER ACCT. AND WE WERE TOLD WHAT WE WERE PAYING WASNT ENUFF SO THEY SAID TO HELL WITH US AS IT WAS EASIER TO WRITE IT OFF THE WAY THEY DID AND RUIN OUR CREDIT CAUSE WE ARE POOR AND NOBODY CARES FOR THE POOR.I AM DISABLED FROM FOUR BACK SURGIES.WE TRULY BELIEVED WE WERE DOING GOOD BUT NOT FOR THEM.WE WAS MAKING WHAT WE AGREED UPON BUT IT WASNT ENUFF FOR THEM GREEDOIDS.ALL WE WANT IS TO GET THIS RESOLVED AND OFF MY CREDIT RATINNG.WHY DID THEY DO THIS AND MAKE US FEEL LIKE KAW KAW.WE HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR TWENTY NINE YEARS THIS JUNE AND I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE MY WIFE HER PRESENT AS THIS IS GONE RESOLVED.THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME VENT.TAKE CARE AND GOD BLESS.SINCERELY MIKE AND MARY THOMPS0N
