SBO-Online.org False unsoliciated billing on my Centurylink telephone bill Internet
This company has obviously set up a phishing scam to obtain information and then begins the billing of people , who probably like me, have auto payment of the telephone bill set up. They have done this in hopes of people not paying attention to the billing statements. I would not have caught this if I hadn't noticed the difference in my charge to my credit card. The service this company provides would have done me no good anyway, I have unlimited internet use and long distance with my phone company.
I have also filled a complaint with the BBB about this. I contacted the company and the rep told me that it would be refunded but might take up to two billing cycles depending on how long the telephone company had it's reporting cycle for complaints set up. I will be watching my bill very close to see if they actually do this. I have contacted CenturyLink telephone to report this to them since the rep from SBO seemed very interested on if I had called my telephone company yet.
