I received my credit card bill and was surprised to see that I was charged 4 times of $17.99 for the monthly useage.
I called them today and told them I did not download or use any of there products, and was told that their computer does not show, wether I did or did not, but it did not matter to them, because they sent me an Email, telling me that my trial period was almost up and should take advantage of their FREE stamps.
I told them, that the email probably went to my spam box, and I delete all spam, and was told that it was my fault.
After he checked and found out they were charging me for 2 accounts [even tho he said some bussiness do] he credited , or said he was $35.98 back to my credit card. I told him this was garbage, because I did not use or order anything from them, he was rude and hung up on me.
Please be careful on the internet, it is a good tool and enjoyable, but these crooks should be stopped.
I do wish some one smarter than myself, or an Attorney would take them on and stop this kind of scam on the internet, it is ruining it for all of us.
Thank you for ripoff report, so that we can get the word out on these kind of things.
