I discovered that my credit card has been charged with a $17.95 monthly "service fee". I do not know how SCI*STAMPS was able to do this, since I have not knowingly done business with this "company". I tried to contact this company by phone, and but was placed on hold indefinitely.

Multiply this rather nominal fee by a potential of thousands of victims and we are witnessing a major fraud that should be brought to justice..
