SCOTT ARRIAGA DEAD BEAT DAD!!! HIS PAROLE OFFICER PROTECTS HIM IN TUCSON! TUCSON Arizona

First of all this article isn't about parole officers, its a direct slander against Scott Arriaga and was intended for just that and nothing else.  False accusations about drinking, and drug dealing are not acceptable and is a direct slander against me and my character. The first thing that pops up in any search engine is this article and its not cool. Lets do tell the whole story. First of all I met Ms Smith in 1994 at a bar in El Paso Tx. I was in Texas doing a race and was at this bar promoting the event when she walked in. She took me home that same night. After hearing her story about how she just got out of a fling or relationship with Dan Runte (driver of the Big foot monster truck) and hearing that she was engaged to KK Downing guitarist for  Judas Priest that this girl was just a groupie and that she had gone to that bar with all intentions of meeting me. I had a very brief relationship with Ms. Smith at that time. After two years of no contact with Ms Smith I went back to El paso to race and ran into Ms Smith at the same location as before. She once again seduced me (at the time of meeting her I was 24 she was 35) and i went home. I didn't see or talk to Ms Smith for two years. Then once again I am doing a race in El Paso and here she come again this time with a small child in tow claiming that this child was mine or this other guy she had been dating at the time she took me on. This poor sucker was paying child support for this child for two years before requesting paternity test that proved that the child was not his. 3 years later she catches up with me at the Arizona State Prison saying that this child is mine. after many letters i agreed to meet her and this child. The chid was 5yrs old at the time and was calling me dad before the end of our visit. Ms Smith would come to many different prison complexes through out Arizona for the next 4 yrs. She also spent lots of money to get to these complexes to see me as well as supporting me thru out most of my incarceration. I had considered going to Texas after my release up until I figured this girl was a whole lot possessive  and a little obsessive of me to the point it was a little scary. The whole time she would say she didn't want anything from me she just wanted the child to know his father. It .was only after Ms smith learned I was not going to Texas was child support filed and granted. Ms Smith has made it  impossible for me to carry out a relationship with the child and she has gone as far as making phone calls to race teams I drive for demanding her support. Her lack of support has nothing to do with being a dead beat dad. It has to do with the fact that Az takes 50 percent of all my earning for child support which makes it mathematically impossible to live on and support my other son who lives with me. Ms Smith does very well for herself and this child. This child has everything a kid needs or want and then some. She is a good loving and caring mom and no one could say different. Point being this article has nothing to do about parole officers its about a pissed off woman who didn't get what she wanted and that was me. This is a direct slander to me and this article needs to be removed.

HE IS BACK IN PRISON BECAUSE I PUT HIM THERE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH...  CERTAINLY NOT BECAUSE HIS P.O. DID THAT'S FOR SURE.. I AM THE ONE WHO GOT I N TOUCH WITH THE TASK FORCE AND GAVE THEM HIS ADDRESS!! I AM  THE ONE WHO SAW THAT HE HAD ABSCONDED FROM A 1/2 WAY HOUSE , AND HIS P.O. LET HIM KEEP TESTING DIRTY HOW MANY TIMES???  IT SHOULDNT HAVE TAKEN ME TO DO HER JOB!! SERIOUSLY I THINK I SHOULD GET A PAYCHECK FORM THE PAROLE OFFICE FOR DOING THEIR JOB... BUT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL ISSUE WHICH IS CHILD SUPPORT!! YES HE CAME TO TEXAS FOR A HEARING.. HE WAS DRINK WHEN HE GOT HERE, I AM THE ONE WHO KEPT HIM OUT OF JAIL THAT NIGHT ALSO!! WISH I HADNT , WISH I HAD LET THE COPS TAKE HIM WHEN THEY SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE BUT MY SON WAS THERE AND I DIDNT WANT HIM TO SEE THE COPS TAKE HIS DRUNKEN ASS DAD TO JAIL IN TEXAS!!

NO YOU ARE WRONG, I DO NOT WANT THAT POOR EXCUSE FOR A MAN!! I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL ARIZONA AGREES TO ISSUE THE WARRANTS FOR TEXAS AND KEEP HIM THERE IN PRISON UNTIL THE 4300.00 ARREARS ARE PAID IN FULL!!   AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN... My son is owed that money and I will get it for him. I am the one who cares for that awesome little boy and I will make sure that he will at least get what is coming to him financially, as to him having 2 parents?? NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!! I will not let that deadbeat around my son again!! he will never be anything but a crackhead, dealer and a joke... and as long as there are P.O.'s who dont ever make him get a real job, he will continue to deal and be a carreer criminal...

So, in essence, if you are going to post a rebuttal, make sure you tell the whole story.. nothing but the truth thank you. Yes I knew he was a convict when I did the 4 year bid!! yes i wish to God  I had made a better choice in my son's father!!  The only good thing to come out of that DEADBEAT is my son and his daughter... Period!!

 

 

You didn't bother to mention that you were not given his information because you are not his wife, just his baby's mama and certain things are confidential. You also did not tell that he went to the child support court in Texas in May.  You also left out that he is back in prison for violating his parole.  You conveniently left out that this is not his first time in prison. It sounds like you want HIM and not just child support. Yes, he should pay his child support and be a devoted father.  However, you should have made a better choice in men instead of choosing a criminal.
