I am a real estate broker & this company has defrauded my client out of more than $9,000 - the initial $2500 plus some other outlandish fees they collected upfront without my knowledge. Do not use them!!! They gave an approval and then proceeded to ask for extension after extension until the seller (a bank selling an REO) finally stated they had enough after over two months of extensions when we had funding authorization well before the 1st extension request. Some strategies they used for requesting extensions included: needing more time to batch loans together to sell on the secondary market in bulk, investors review of loans is taking more time than expected, etc... Enrico Corp (Kenneth Enrico), SCS Funding (Scott O'Neil) and Ellis Funding Group (Tracey Ellis) are all part of this. Buyer beware - it is all a SCAM!

They scamed me out of $3,500, They never intended to fund at all. How are they getting away with this!!! Are the authorities involved?? Please let me know.
