SEARS MACHINE FAILED - SEARS COULD NOT FIX FOR 14 DAYS - I PAID TO HAVE IT REPAIRED WHEN MACHINE UNDER WARRANTY HOFFMAN ESTATES, Illinois

My 6 month old machine quit working - called SEars for repair.  They came in five days no parts had to order parts and could not come back for another 14 days.  Absolutely unacceptable!  I finally ordered the part and had a local repair shop come and fix it at my cost.  Send a letter to Sears complaint department and e-mails and did receive a couple of calls at home during the day when I am not there (of course).  Sent an e-mail stating it is best to catch me at work ( I am a business owner also) no call!  Get a letter from Sears about an re-work they need to do.  Call on Monday and they show up on Thursday ( how funny they can come so quickly for a rework?) Get home that night and my machine is not working.  Rinse and spin, rinse and spin is all it does.  Call Sears and they want to schedule me an appointment in 9 days.  Are you kidding me.  They broke my machine and wont come and fix it for 9 days.  I am done with Sears!  Machine is only 9 months old I am getting rid of it!  LG product.  Told by local repairman to NEVER buy an LG product.  I think I am going to listen.

I am a business owner in the Farm industry and I can tell you right now if we serviced our customers like Sears is servicing theirs - WE wouldn't have them!
