At 6PM I called again and waited again over 15 minutes on hold only to be told they were not going to make it. I did scream and yell and they hung up again. I called bac at 6:30Pm and they "were very sorry for the inconvenience" this is not inconvenience it is a waste of my time, and a loss of salary and extremely poor customer service.
I want to be paid in full for my service contract, I want a full refund on this applaince and I want to be reimbursed for my lost wages, I know fat chance of justice. I want to see SEARS go out of business entirely at this point this is the second major appliance we purchassed with a protection agreement and had to fight to get service. I am so angry I want to begine picketing the two local retial stores in front of potential customers with a warning about their products and services.
