I looked up the phone number to Sears repair on the internet  on 11-28-2012, they offered me an appointment for an appliance repair that I have on a service agreement for 8am to 12 pm on 11-29.I tok the morning off from work to wait for service call. At 9 am I called to verify the appointment, they indicated that the appointment was moved to 1pm to 5pm slot. I never received the noted email confirmation for either time slot. I waited all day and grew more and more angry. I called customer escallations and they assigned a case number as that through the morning I was hung up on at least 3 times. I used no foul language and I did not raise my voice. I called at 4:20 PM as they said the technicina contacts you 45 minutes prior to arrival.

At 6PM I called again and waited again over 15 minutes on hold only to be told they were not going to make it. I did scream and yell and they hung up again. I called bac at 6:30Pm and they "were very sorry for the inconvenience" this is not inconvenience it is a waste of my time, and a loss of salary and extremely poor customer service. 

I want to be paid in full for my service contract, I want a full refund on this applaince and I want to be reimbursed for my lost wages, I know fat chance of justice. I want to see SEARS go out of business entirely at this point this is the second major appliance we purchassed with a protection agreement and had to fight to get service. I am so angry I want to begine picketing the two local retial stores in front of potential customers with a warning about their products and services.
