SEAWEST FINANCIAL ripoff WESTERVILLE Ohio

A year ago my husband and I bought a car from Dan Nelson Auto Center everything was good until they sold our loan to Seawest Financial(without our knowledge). All payments had been paid on time to CNAC through Dan Nelson and they said the loan was sold so we could better our credit with a larger company.
Needlees to say this has been nothing but a total nightmare for us, everything is jacked up including the payoff on our loan.
We are always getting letters saying that our account is past due also threating phone calls we finally had to tell them to quit calling our place of work.
And EVERYTIME you call the office in Westerville the person on the other end of the phone is snotty rude and does not care about anything you are trying to tell them .

I have been reading all of these complaints on the website and I cannot beleive this something needs to be done .

I was told a year ago that this was going to fix the not so good credit that my husband and I had ... Now that not so good credit has turned into HORRIBLE credit . We will never be able to buy another vehicle since they show past due amounts all the time (that really aren't past due) .
