SELMA ESTATE Selma street/ Airy street Slipshod, troll like tenants, horrible area, assaulted on property norristown, Pennsylvania

Selma Estate is the WORST apartment living experience i have ever gone through!  They post in their ads that they are located in Jeffersonville, when really they are in the ghetto of Norristown. My roommate was assaulted by a 13 year old on Selma property while walking our dog! The tenants that we lived above were complete trolls! Knocking on our door for tossing a ball to our 5lb dog, the tv being too loud.. anything, you name it. Our neighbors threatened us, harrassed us daily, and basically made it so that we no longer used our living room. We contacted Jeff Cole, who did nothing but tell us to call the police. These atrocities continued for a full year. within two weeks of our move out date, the new tenant had his bed, end tables, box spring, and dresser shipped to our apartment!!! we couldnt even park in our OWN garage, and just imagine how aggravating our moving out became!  I called the maintenance man (since apparently it is legal to never have any contact information for the landlord, even upon request..) to get the packages sorted out, asked him to compensate me for the week they were present and his only response was to carry on and yell and scream. Eventually, he offered to move the boxes himself, begrudgingly. Selma Estate is dirty, not worth the 1100 a month what so ever with all of the crap you have to deal with.. other tenants backing into your vehicle and driving off, belongings constantly beng tampered with in garage, sparring matches with whoever you shared your garage with and slander. Apparently according to my neighbors, I was evicted! The people who live here in this dump will be staying for life. They are absolutely miserable, and will do anything in their power to make you miserable. seriously, if you want to stand out on your balconey and enjoy the view, i hope you are also willing to hear neighbors scream and curse at each other over trivial things like feeding birds. Truly ridiculous, worst experience of my life, would never reccomend this place to anyone.  SO glad I dont have to deal with selma EVER again. DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! the best part was he maintenance guy, who was usually nice to us even though useless.
