LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE IN TIMELY MANNER? DON'T CHOOSE SEO PERU

Unfortunately our language school made the mistake of contracting Seo Peru as our web designers in May 2013, and  6 months later we remained without a fully functioning website in line with our agreed design requirements. 

Seo Peru was contracted to design a multicity website as per our needs with language translations, as well as a number of additional features which were explained indepth during our first consultation, and again in detailed Google Docs, and later during Skype meetings with one of ours representatives. Furthermore, we outlined clear deadlines for completion, which were agreed to in full before a fee proposal was made and accepted by our company.

4 months into the process, Seo Peru's first assigned deadline had long since passed, yet we still remained with a sub-standard and non-functional website; only later was our company informed that an inaccurate fee proposal had been made upon the outset of this project. According to Carlos Mufarro, he failed to read any of the instructions carefully, which outlined our requirements for the website. This led them to make an inaccurate fee proposal and take on a project well beyond their ability.

They proceeded to request further funds for completion, which we initially agreed to on the sole condition that they meet a second extended deadline, in addition, other small changeswere to be made to our initial design. Unfortunately, their incompetence was confirmed as they missed their last deadline. This left us no other choice but to cancel all further dealings with Seo Peru and seek other services. 

Fortunately, as declared under European Law; failure for any business to deliver a product or service up to an agreed standard and within deadlines, makes a contract null and void. For this reason, they have not been paid for a project they did not complete. 

Needless to say, our experience with Seo Peru was extremely negative, and their total lack of unprofessionalim (as exhibited by the above allegations). Seo Peru clearly lacks experience and ability in web design, and shamefully they are unwilling to accept responsibility for their own fee proposals and failures in organization, despite being given a second chance and multiple extended deadlines. Our advice to any company who requires web design services in a timely and professional manner is to steer clear of Seo Peru. They have proven themselves unfit for the job and have caused substantial damage to our reputaiton and wasted a lot of our time. 

Despite repeated requests, they refuse to remove our domain name from their server. Should false allegations persist, our board will consider legal action against Seo Peru for slander and damages. 

As a warning to other European companies - Beware!
