I was sold by SEOP.com claiming that they could do wonders with our website. They explained the importance of Press Releases and how they can syndicate articles making us more attractive to google, bringing in more visitors, hence, more revenue. Their services are not cheap and they know that. But they claim that they know what they are doing. However, they lack the follow though.

After months of service, we did not see much increase to our bottom line, nor the amount of visitors to our site. We investigated on how this could be. SEOP.com would send monthly reports and we decided to investigate each line item they say they did. We finally discovered that they only did a portion of the work. When we pressed them on the issue, they backdated the work to make it look like it was done. This was very deceitful and possibly fraudulent (which equals punitive damages).

We attempted to remedy and their position is that they will fight until the end. They acknowledge their wrongdoing and now discount the importance of the work they did not do. All we want is our money back to walk away and wash our hands from this mess.

There is a lot more to the story, but this appears to be going towards a legal route. I have complained with the credit card company and demonstrated our case. They continue to lie to the credit card company in an attempt to win the case. However, the more they lie, the better off we are in court.

I would strongly recommend not to hire this company. You can see that others have experienced similar headaches. Initially, I did not want to write negative comments, however, I must voice my opinion and say that SEOP.com ripped me off.
