I bought a $650 cake for my daughter's birthday. When I picked it up the cake was in poor presentation with the decorations hap hazardly place on the cake. The fondant on the outside was soft and look like it was melting and wasn't set properly. The paint strokes of the bits that were painted were visible. There were beads that were attached and you could see the clear gel which was used to glue it to the cake. When the caterers at the function place sliced the cake it was gooey and practically falling apart.

For the amount of money I paid for the cake you would expect it to be of better quality than what it was. When I rang the shop they then said the owner will call me. When I spoke to him he point blankly denied any fault of there's. And refused to resolve the matter and just hung up the phone on me.
