"You are not obligated to purchase after you receive your free trial bottle and you may cancel anytime by calling 866-938-4832." Guess what? If there isn't a busy signal, you get the standard outgoing message about calls being monitored for quality, and then the line goes dead.
"...or Chat Live at www.MyTrialSupport.com" The chat begins with, "Welcome to Immediate Support. An online representative will be with you shortly. You are number 268 in the queue. Your wait time will be approximately 41 minute(s) and 18 seconds. Thank you for waiting." And approximately every 30 seconds, "All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly." pops up on the screen. I suspect this will continue all day long.
