This company has distributors who pitch the legacy of this company, however it is not even close to what it was once. This left leaning health company has lost the basics of customer service and will have people waiting on the phone for a very long tome and when they cant get through the departments for weeks the callers will attempt to call other contact numbers from the company and the representatives will not help at all. This company has lost the very principles that the once Shaklee corporation held strong. Not only do they now promote all of the left lack of morals and promiscuity but the service and attention to care and respect has left them. It is a sorry sight to see. Dont waste your time with the promises of the representatives building the mlm it is all hype as one will find out when you need service and there is no one to give it or care about it.

I have been an independent distributor for Shaklee for over 17 years and they have always had top notch customer service and lived up to their core principals in my experience. With that said, they are experiencing problems with their new internet system. They are in the process of changing over to a new system and even those of us who have been with them for a long time are having issues with wait times. My wife and I have spent a lot of time on hold with Shaklee and we have worked hard for our downline to get their issues resolved. I'm not sure who this person who wrote this is or what their motivation is but anyone who understands the Shaklee system of MLM should know that if you have an issue with anything the first place you go is your direct upline. They are there to help you succeed in any way the can. I would strongly suggest that this person get whoever got them into Shaklee involved to help them resolve their issues. If their direct upline cant help,go to the next level up. In a good MLM company like Shaklee we all know that nobody succeeds unless we all succeed. As for left leaning,I have no idea what he is talking about. The owner of the company,Roger Barnett hosted a fund raiser at his home for Mitt Romney. Those are not my politics as many I know ,including myself are Obama supporters but the beauty of a company like Shaklee and a business like MLM is it attracts people with different backgrounds and views and allows us to build our own business without interference
