SHAREFILE TARGETS ARTISTS, RIP OFF SCHEME Internet

I uploaded videos to SHAREFILE thinking that it would be a good way for clients to watch a video without having to physically visit your site. This turned out to be the worst decision in years. They charge you @ $25 for every time someone uploaded my video(only a 5 minute video..imagine if your video was 30 min). My clients also downloaded the video from their site and the video screen came up black with the sound playing. Sharefile recommended that both the client and I try downloading the videos again. They charged us for those too. I spoke with a representative from management who promised me a refund. The months have gone by and I still have not seen anything but more monthly charges as I waited for a refund. Essentially, they were able to rob me of two more months service charges with that lie. I have since cancelled the site and heard nothing from them.
