I am dissatisfied with Shop NBC and V2 Premier's way they have handled my account ever since I purchased THE V2 pREMIER LAPTOP.

I have not received customer satisfaction from Shop NBC. They did not return my call and give me only wrong phone numbers since i complain that my laptop did not work normal. I intend to forward this info to the Better Busianess Bureau and to any other interested parties.

1.On May 2006, I purchased a V2 Premiere computer from Shop NBC. Since I do not have an option of extended warranty they refuse to help me. I called Shop NBC for help, they instructed me to call the vendor. Called two local centers who informed me that they do not work on this v2 Premier laptop. Called again Shop NBC again and they have no recommendations. I called VISCOM TECHNOLOGIES to see if there are any service centers for their product around my area (NY). V2 Premiers tech support did not call me back after I gave several messages to them. My DVD is not working and the laptop is overheating!

I called Shop NBC on this as well but I got no help as my CD rom DVD did not work. Called V2 on this several times trying to get some help. I know I have after one year problem with the mother board (needing replaced) and my DVD. I call V2 Tech support and send them a few E-Mails but I was totaly ignored. This V2 Premier was not built properly. No laptop should have all these problems with in a 1 year and three months of purchase and Shop NBC in particular and VISCOM TECHNOLOGIES got the run around, I got the run around with V2, and I got nothing but rude responses from VISCOM TECHNOLOGIES as my laptop does not work. I feel V2 Premier should that no other stor has.

Future consumers: BEWARE! Do not buy anything from Shop NBC or VISCOM TECHNOLOGIES. Should it not work, you will be stuck with the product with no recourse. I paid a lot of money for this V2 Premier Laptop and now I will have to go and buy another one from a reputable service which offers service for their products and I will never buy from NBC.

I purchsed a desktop from them a couple of years ago. It had everything I wanted on it plus all kinds of packages I wanted to learn. Started having trouble with it after a month, and had to send it to their service dept about 4 times.
They would not replace it even though I called NBC Shop at home and the BBB.

After they fixed it the last time I did not have trouble again until May of 06 the motherboard went out and so did the power supply. I ended up having to basically have it rebuilt because I had just been layed off following the downsizing at my company and I needed my computer for my employment search and could not afford to fork out all that money for a brand new one just yet.
I liked the computer but hated the company. They were a complete rip off. I even filed a complaint with the BBB against NBC Shop at home, but it went nowhere. Basically I told NBC Shop they had lost a customer and as far as I know, Viscom had so many complaints about their systems they are almost out of business. Lesson learned, never buy anything off television.
