I ordered and payed for a set of 3d glasses on March 13, 2011. I recieved them a few days later. They were terrible. They were shipped in a box with about 6 inch of bubble rap around them. These are 100.00 a piece glasses. Then is a small box. Then in a bigger box. I opened them up and they were broke. I could not believe how they were shipped. I was furious. Being a retail Manager for 25 years. I was totally shocked. So I called for a return label. I was told it would be about ten days. The vendor would be sending it to me. I couldn't believe it. About two weeks later. I finally got a Supervisor to email me the label. His name is Eric Kartwicz ( I believe that is how it is spelled) and his phone number is 952-852-8837. Also another one is Martha Kinder her number is 270-780-1433. The two of them Gave me their word that I would have a credit on my credit card. The both have not contacted me. They totally are giving me the run around. So I called Tiger direct where they came from. A rep there could not believe it either. But, Tiger Direct did nothing either. Small claims it is. I am puting the names of the Supervisors so they have to show up.
