I'm inclined to question Mr Slee's perspective. His grammar and communication skills are atrocious.  If you were really doing business with a professional, his inability to string a decent sentence together and spell very rudimentary words correctly should have been a red flag.

Simon Cain Slee has been miselling properties and breaking the conveyancing laws in New York State for some time now and leaving purchasers with massive bills for repairs on properties advertised by him as yielding high income and godo retuns. Over the last 3 years it has been nothign but repair work nealry all the time and now its $50000 more than the value of the property. Syracuse is full of owners that have had this done to them by this Man. I very much support the allegations made against Simon Slee and request that Police in NY State extend to Syracuse as well as Florida. We have been trying to get something done about this Man and his Syracuse partner George Peter Rushford Of A@M Proerties LLC who is a Thief who just damages your Porperty and takes alll your Money. I would love to give more details to the Authorities on these Crooks. Simon is a Crook and a lier Such people should be in jail.

1. We never hold clients deposits, they are held in an attorneys account in their name for our protection as well as the clients.
2. We only receive our fees the day the sale completes and the buyer takes ownership of the property
3. We do not charge consultancy fees, never have and never will
4. We have never heard of Ruth Simmons this a fictions name
5. We have never been investigated by the police and never will.
6. No one has ever contacted the police about us
7. If somebody seals money from you in Florida you do not report it to the New York Police department this is a ridicules statement this is total fabrication written maliciously and without any foundation
8. One point is right is that I could not sleep at night if this was true but it is not.

It is awful that anyone can write anything about anyone anonymously without recourse but we think we know who wrote this fabrication which puts them in a very difficult situation especially if their names became public considering this slanderous post, if anyone wishes to contact us are details are on our website
