We received a letter on March 17th that was dated 3/9/11. In the letter it stated SKS Associates conducted an audit and found fees were not collected. The were going to debit our account $94.98. The letter stated that they would debit on or about March 22, 2011. They debited our account on the day we actually received the letter, March 17th. We completed a lease with the company they said they purchased and this lease was satisfied on February 1, 2006.

Please join the Facebook page, SKS Associates Raided My Bank Account. You will see many
stories the same as yours. Like so many others, we were hit by this company and our lease
with Northern Leasing was paid in full in 2005. There are complaints nation wide, but you are
the only other person I have seen from NE. We are in Lincoln, NE. I hope you were able to get
your money back! Our bank reversed the charge, but SKS tried to do a second draft on 4/4/11.
