MY CREDIT COMPANY AND I CALLED AND HAD A 3WAY CALL WITH SKYBOX AND THEY ADMITTED THE CHARGE WAS WRONG AND THAT THEY WOULD CREDIT IT BACK. ALMOST 50 DAYS NOW AND NO CREDIT.
THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY SAYS THEY MUST GET THE CREDIT MEMO FROM SKYBOX TV. CAN'T CALL THEM, ALWAYS BUSY AND VOICE MAIL BOX FULL. CONTSANT CALLS AND NOT RESULTS. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. AT A LSOT AS WHAT TO DO NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!
