I paid $39.99 for shipping and handling charges for the equipment. $189.00 was charged to my credit card with out my knowledge. When I saw the charge I called my credit card company and asked them about the charge. They said I could put this charge in dispute. I asked them what I could do to prevent them from charging more to my account.
They told me to report the card lost and they would issue me a new card. I did this and today 5/05/2002 I received a bill from Dish Network. I called them and they said they were not SkyBoxTV and I would have to take the matter of the $189.00 with them. All the paper work I have when this equipment was installed in my home say Dish Network Dept 0063 Palatune, Il 60055-0063 8255900 DH7 28.
Their phone is 1-800-333-3474. Big Rip Off Customers beware! Do NOT give out your credit card # on the internet. I paid the credit card to keep my credit in good standing but I will continue to go after my money.
