This ranch is very beautiful and the owner sucks you in by being nice and making lots of claims to win you over. if you do even one thing wrong,she will go off on you. She goes into rages and makes threats for you to leave so she can keep your money. she is greedy and makes you feel inferior.  Her ranch is not a place for you to put your lesson or training business.loose and barking dogs continuously. She will never take responsibility for horses being spooked and throwing someone.

Dogs are being boarded here with no shots required or a kennel license. Her dogs are all attack trained and are not current on shots or licenses either. All of her dogs are thin and she claims it is cause they are sport dogs. She is cruel and abusive to he own dogs and they bark most of the night.This is a place to stay away from with dogs or horses.Besides,she is in bankrupcy and forclosure and suing many people multiple times.
