Complaint Review: SKYPE
SKYPE Double charged for Unlimited Calls to U.S. and Canada for 10 months Internet, Internet
It does not make any sense whatsoever to have two unlimited calling plans in one account. In fact, this is a complete ripoff by Skype to let it happen and I guess it is just one way to extract more money. This is basically a redundant transaction and a clever scheme to milk more money in a fraudulent way from customers.
In addition, this is not the first time Skype double charged me for a service. About five months ago, I ordered SkypeOut, a service which allows calling to regular phone numbers from Skype, and after completing the transaction I noticed that Skype had double billed me for the same service.
In any case I feel ripped off by this company and wary to do any further transactions with them.
