Let me just start off by saying...I am glad that people could talk about their experience here. It is not just the "angry" people who decided to write on this. Have you ever felt taken advantage of, scammed, or duped by someone? At fist you feel anger, later on you just really want to inform people to watch out for this person,because these days almost everyone gets their reviews online, it might help some people to stay away from this deadbeat.
I used to work for him, BIGGGG MISTAKE! Within a short period of time, I was able to see how he operated the business. He had no direction to where things were going. There was zero structure in the company, employees turn over rate was sky high. People who works/had worked for him, or if you are/were a client there, then I am sure you can vouch for this fact. Every client I have seen had complaint that the staff was different every time they went in(I don't blame them, it is what it is). Forget about building rapport!!! Andrew does not even have a training program for his staff, what ends up happens is that his staffs get thrown in the water not knowing what to do. THAT IS NEVER A GOOD THING in a medical practice environment.
Under trained estheticians ended up burning their clients with the laser equipments they used.

THIS IS ON THE NEWS! I worked for Andrew, this is being generous to him, there are more records of burnt patient from their practices. Perhaps some are minor. But there are still very unsatisfactory clients because most of their staff have no idea what they are doing! People need to know this and put this guy in his place with his money scheming ways! He doesn't hire knowledgeable consultants, as long as you are a good sales man/woman, he will hire you! He doesn't train you either, because that is too time consuming and all he cares about is how much you will generate for him...just read their "PAMPHLET" (That's all the training you need)!! Don't believe in their ads about discounts, that's just their hook to get you in, so that the shark consultants can make you feel bad in order to push you into buying treatments! What a shame of a practice!
Honestly I feel bad for the people working there and the people who go there. The reason why he couldn't even manage to retain his employees--is because the good ones decided to leave and the bad ones are too desperate to stay. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GOING TO SLEEK MEDSPA! NY, MA, FL..they all operate the same way.
