SLM Financial received all of our information and the lien was filed. The form that was filed was signed but it was to include doors as well and when we decided against it the form was to be destroyed.
Castle Windows and SLM Financial will threaten you with their attorneys in order for you to pull your complaints.
I filed with the FTC, BBB and consumer agencies in my state. I encourage all to file the complaints as needed because predatory lenders like these and companies with these deceptive selling practices should be stopped.
