Customer Service is rude, ignorant, unethical, un-trained and represents Smc to be money hungry, unethical, ignorant and not a trust-worthy business.
Smc is "giving" me an "account credit" of the product purchase price. No refund of the tax. No refund of the shipping. They stated they do NOT inspect merchandise, so they were not aware the product was defective. So, this means others bear the cost of defective merchandise, along with surprise discovery of Smc's "Violation of California Prop 65 Cancer-Causing Chemicals Warning on a particular product" on their website at www.smcorp.com.
Make Note of that folks.
The District Attorney Office should get involved in my case. I'm going to do everything in my Power to see that the DA's Office is notified of Smc's wreckless and careless behavior and about Smc keeping California Tax money unlawfully.
There are trust worthy, ethical, "quality", fair-priced, proud businesses out there who sell things people "need". No need to think nor believe Smc is one of them.
Their merchandise is "not" resellable at the price you pay for it, nor is their merchandise worth what you're paying for it, nor is it what people are buying. Smc makes most of their money off the backs of their Members paying the unnecessary membership costs, bait and switch tactics and other unprofessional, unethical unbusiness like conduct which is part of the reason they're losing quite a bit of money right now. Most of their merchandise is not as described either and their merchandise is cheap like.
For all of you sympathizers out there taking up for Smc, you're stupid.
