I asked the sales person before I agreed to purchase if I would be able to add my own items to the website & he replied "YES, up too 100". He did not say that the option I was purchasing did not have this option. I have asked the company for a copy of the "sales" call between myself & their emplyee & they will not allow me to have one. Or listen to the call. I have called numerous times to speak with a Mgr or a supervisor & have left messages on their voice mails & I have not once receive a phone call from anyone. When I signed up they tell you that you will have a poerson coach for like 90 days. well 1 month went by & I never once heard from anyone. So I called and set up an appt for the coach & I to talk. He called me & said that he (Patrick) had to leave early and wanted to know if I would agree to reschedule, which I did. The next appt. he called me and said that he did not have times to do any appt. wanted to know if someone else could do it, which I agreed & said that's fine. He repkied & said that she would camm me in about an hour from now though. I said "OK".. Well she called like 2- 2 1/5 hours later & left a message saying sorry and said she would call back tomorrow & she never did. well another 3 weeks went by or so and I called them & they set me up with a lady named Brenda, she went over some things and said that she would call once a week for 90 days & then I never heard from her again. 2 weeks went by and I called & complained and they told her that I called & what said. When she called back she was rde & said "you have my #. You can call anytimes you want. I was like that's not what we agreed on:.. Everything down hill from day 1!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER FOR A HOME BASED BUSINESS!!!! THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ALLOWED TO SATY OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!
